The environment is something that we all want to protect for our children and future generations and with so many things to change in order to do so which can become overwhelming so here are some great tips that Darcy received from The Green House that are simple to do and your kids will have fun making them too!
With just some simple kitchen cupboard ingredients you will no longer need to buy kitchen, sink, bathroom, floor, window, oven and hob cleaners! They are not only eco safe but safe for your little ones to help you about the house! To start your little ones off here is how they can clean all of your kitchen surfaces.
If you have some stubborn stains just make the solution a little stronger by adding more baking soda and lemon or vinegar.
NOTE: For delicate surfaces it is advisable to not use vinegar or lemon juice just use a clean cloth, water and a tiny bit of bread soda.
Want to clean your floor tiles too!
If you would like to clean your floors just add a little more water to the mix in a mop bucket and a touch of Eco washing up liquid and your floors will be sparkling!
NOTE: Don't let Vinegar or lemon juice have direct contact with varnished wood as it can eat through the it, just use baking soda with warm water
So there you go, simple, hygienically clean, chemical free solutions that are not only safe for your little ones to use but are safe for the for the environment too!
